What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There are no delivery fees, we send nationwide.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Most major credit cards, (Thai) local bank wire transfers, convenience store payments and Promptpay.
How long will delivery take?
Usually 3 – 5 business days depending on where the goods are being delivered.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?
After payment is verified, goods will be packed and shipped within 3 busienss days.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Please also ensure that if want a specific VAT receipt to notify our sales team at sales@imtoolsbox.com so we can send that to you as well.
